What was the highlight of Masai Mara Resort
A piece of true peacfulness in stunning surroundings
Lets start with the location, just stunning, if you are looking to escape the busyness of life here is your oasis, yes the drive up the GC60 is challenging, but the views are magnificent. The resort is remote to a degree[that's what we liked the most], the pool is cool and the ability to use the BBQ facility works really well. There is a table tennis table, pool table[seen some years!!] and table football next to the accommodation which makes for fun evenings. The nearest village is Fataga a 5 mins drive north, great restaurants and local shop, and a peaceful place to just walk around. Note, if hiring a car, get a small one like a mini, when you start up the GC60[about 2kms in] it will make sense I promise you.
Pool was very cool, but it was only March, and oh leaving!!

I Think they have to improve the cleaning and Spread the wifi signal better . they will have to fix the electrical system, and repair the shower.

Exceptional
Great views and a good location away from the main tourist hotspots. A nice village just 5 min drive up the road. We went there for a weekend getaway and it was nice change in pace. The host left us a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine.
A car is a must, no staff available at site. The stay is more akin to self catered villas/apartments rather than a resort. The breakfast needs to be pre ordered cannot buy on spot.

Super brilliant place
Excellent location and views - not much to comment - see the pictures and check Google Earth or Google Maps yourself. The reality is even better. Recently renovated, stylish and excellently equipped. Excellent views even from the pool. Nice running/trekking/mountain biking routes, for example to Ayagaures and Maspalomas. A place you would like to take your best friends to...
